Pricing

Every range I work with, in one place - together with what pushes a project up the scale and what keeps it down. No „ask for a quote” standing in for a number.

A website costs from 3 000 zł for a landing or brochure site and from 3 500 zł for an online store. Web applications are quoted individually, because their scope decides the price far more than page count does. These are prices for work built for one specific company, not for a template - fixed, agreed before the start, and final: what the table says is what you pay.

Price follows the type of project and its size. Size means page count and complexity - not „quality”; every size is built to the same standard. Timelines run from design sign-off to launch, for a project without the add-ons listed below.

Feature add-ons

  • Booking / calendar+ 1 200 – 2 400 zł
  • Online payments+ 1 700 – 3 100 zł
  • Login / dashboard+ 1 700 – 3 100 zł
  • Extended editing panel+ 1 100 – 2 100 zł
  • Multilingual+ 400 – 1 000 zł
  • Integrations / API+ 1 400 – 2 600 zł
  • Premium design + animation+ 1 700 – 3 100 zł
  • SEO package+ 400 – 800 zł

Added on top of the base price and unaffected by project size - a payment integration is the same work in a small store and a large one. Every two add-ons stretch the timeline by roughly a week. A panel for editing text, images and prices comes with every project; the add-on is the extended version, where you also change colours, section layouts and what sits where on the page.

Priority scheduling

A 20% surcharge for taking the next free slot instead of joining the queue - your project goes ahead of the others. In this mode the simplest site can be ready in a week.

What every price includes

  • A design to sign off on before the first line of code exists
  • A mobile version designed in its own right, not a squeezed desktop layout
  • Technical SEO: structured data, sitemap, canonical URLs, loading speed
  • Google Analytics and Google Search Console submission
  • A panel for editing text, images and prices yourself - included in every project
  • A cookie consent banner wherever one is required
  • Deployment to production, with the domain and hosting registered in your name
  • 30 days of fixes after launch - no cap, no hours counted

What actually moves the price

Unique layouts, not page count

Twenty pages built from three repeating templates are less work than five pages that each look different. When I size a project I count the screens that have to be designed from scratch, not the entries in the menu.

You supply the copy and the images

Text, logo and photographs are on your side - I do not write copy or run photo shoots. While the design is being built I drop in generated filler so the layout reads, and we swap it for your material before launch. Missing content is the single most common reason a project stalls.

Integrations with systems you already run

Hooking into an existing warehouse, booking system or accounting package can cost more than the site itself when the API is poorly documented or absent. It is the first thing I ask about when quoting a store.

Migrating from an existing site

Moving content, URLs and Google rankings off an old site is part of the SEO add-on listed above. It never shows up in the design, but it decides whether your traffic survives the launch.

Who signs things off

A project approved by one person moves faster and cheaper than one negotiated by a committee of five. There is no separate line for it, but with larger organisations I assume more rounds of revisions and the range reflects that.

How payment works

Normally 30% up front and 70% once the site is live on your domain. The payment can be split into stages at any project size - we agree them before the start. Bank transfer or BLIK, 7-day terms, invoice without VAT. Late payments carry statutory interest. If you pull out mid-project the deposit is not returned and the settlement closes at half the agreed amount.

When the project is waiting on your material

I count the deadline from design sign-off, but I still need your copy and images to launch. If 14 days pass from my request for material and the project cannot move on, I invoice half of the remaining amount for the work already done - the other half falls due at launch, which happens within two working days of the content arriving. After 90 days without material I treat the project as finished and settled: the code and the design are yours and they keep, but picking the work back up is quoted separately, because after a break that long it starts again from scratch in practice.

Work out your own configuration

The calculator on the homepage folds all of this into a single figure for your scope - type, size, features and pace - and sends the configuration along with your enquiry.
